PCM Pastor

Hello,

   Most of my life I went to church, did what many people do and played both sides of the fence with God. I knew there was a God, but never knew he wanted me to include Him in all the decisions of my life. I thought I had to be perfect before He could accept me. Later, I understood the truth that God is not looking for perfection, but rather just wants our lives first before he starts working things out inside of us.

     I attended Porterville High School for four years and after graduating in 1998 I joined the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. I served mostly with the Marines for a period of six years and did one tour in Iraq among other deployments. I was honorably discharged in 2005. After a few close to death experiences and my marriage falling apart I finally called out to God for help. Soon after I got extemely involved in my local church. I served in different capacities from janitor to many leadership roles such as: church admininstration, Sunday school teacher, deacon, mens smal group leader, community outreach leader, lead usher, Youth Pastor etc.... I have served as Pastor for PCM church for close to four years. 

    My passion is to see others get to know Christ and grow into the His love, forgiveness, grace, and purpose. Our vision is to see Porterville fall in love with Jesus and for the truth to cause a radical change in Porterville. Our mission is to share the good news of Christ and for God to bring a change in people.
